I am Nadia Pilavaki, a designer and illustrator who comes from Cyprus, a beautiful sunny island in the Mediterranean. My biggest source of inspiration is probably walking (sometime with my dog) and really looking around me. I seek out great colour combinations, bold shapes in nature, textures and shadows. I love creating bold, joyful designs (sometimes geometric, sometimes quirky subjects) that lift your mood through colour or the contrast of colours and shapes.

My career as a Graphic Designer in London, Australia and Cyprus was the beginning of my love for bold colour, composition and mark making. All my designs start by hand; a pencil drawing, a pen, a marker or a texture and then turn to digital to create the pattern.
